When you contact us through this website, we may collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, telephone number and the details of your enquiry. Our website and service providers may also collect limited technical information needed to operate, secure and understand use of the website.

How we use your information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, communicate about the matter raised, administer our business relationship, maintain appropriate records and protect the security and integrity of our website and systems. We do not use an enquiry-form submission as consent for unrelated marketing communications.

Service providers

We use service providers, including HubSpot, to receive and manage website enquiries. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. Information may be processed or stored outside Alberta and may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is handled.

The enquiry form on our Contact page is provided by HubSpot, and HubSpot stores the enquiries submitted through it in the United States. To protect the form from automated abuse, it uses Google reCAPTCHA, which may collect information about your device and browser under Google’s own privacy terms. When the Contact page loads, the form’s scripts may read or store small amounts of information in your browser, such as cookies or local storage, to operate the form.

Retention and protection

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably required for the purposes described above and for applicable legal, contractual or recordkeeping requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information.

Your choices and rights

You may ask about the personal information we hold about you or request access, correction or withdrawal of consent, subject to applicable legal limitations. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
